Yenny Grajales is the absolute BEST realtor. Yenny is patient and professional and I would 100% recommend Yenny to anyone looking for their perfect home or selling their home. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, organized, and best of all honest (if she doesn't think something will work she will be upfront! Love that!) Yenny is extremely hard-working and has many great connections! She will be fully invested in your process with a positive and supportive attitude. Given my recent experience with Yenny from ReMax I feel compelled to write this review. I seldom write them but she has more than earned this one.Yenny was very attentive to my needs. She showed me many properties and was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She made the process from beginning to end an enjoyable one.As a result of her hard work I just closed on the perfect condo. I'm so excited!! So If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy property in the Chicagoland area...look no further work with Yenny, I can not recommend her highly enough.

Yenny provided services to me and was able to help me close on a multi-family property in 3 to 4 months. Yenny goes above and beyond to establish good rapport with her clients. She is very responsive and communicates effectively. Her expertise in real estate, buying and selling properties, is well over 20 years. She is always supportive of her clients and her clients needs. Yenny is really big on numbers and the value of the property. She will let you know if it’s a good purchase or if you should keep looking. Once I closed, our relationship didn’t stop. Yenny helped me in what to look out for and provided services beyond the closing table. I appreciate her for being professional. I trust her decision making, numbers, assertiveness, and communication. I appreciate her passion and determination for real estate. I almost gave up in the process but Yenny never lost her drive. She stayed with me until I found the right home. She’s very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with Yenny she never steered me the wrong way and that’s what I was looking for in a realtor.
