We had a great experience working with Veronika. Great personality, experienced, professional, always responsive and patient. No matter how many questions we’ve asked! As a first time home buyers, we was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve, Veronika took time to sit down to determine what would be a good fit for us. Veronika really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. And its no surprise that after few years while looking to buy investment property we worked with Veronika again. And again she did amazing job! She was always there for us and made all process easy and painless. We highly recommend Veronika.

As a first time buyer, I really had no clue about where to start. Luckily, my agent Veronika did a fantastic job of creating a customized search to find what I wanted. She has an amazing sense of what was important to me. We were able to visit properties weekly, sometimes faster, and she was very flexible in showing me properties after normal work hours and on weekends. She patiently walked me through the entire process while answering my countless questions. In the beginning, I didn't believe I would be able to find a house with my tight budget but she did everything to make it possible.

We worked with Veronika to close on our first property. Buying in Chicago is a very challenging endurance race and Veronika was a helpful guide throughout it all. She's practical, detail-oriented and was able to help us set realistic expectationsVeronika had a great pulse on the market, a good reputation among other agents and was very communicative. She took calls with us when on vacation, texted us in the evenings and answered any question we sent her way. She would go out of her way to put us in touch with resources to help us make decisions - like a current resident in the neighborhood we were considering or a contractor to help us assess fixes before bidding. I'd recommend working with Veronika :)
