I'm a particular individual and she worked with me as if she truly understood my needs. Lissette DeJesus is great at what she does and she puts her heart into it. She was motivated daily with our search for our home. When you work with a person of integrity they will keep you in the loop, be forthcoming with information and provide knowledge based answers that is vital in decision making and this is what Lissette did for us.Through this process she acted as an extended family member that had our best interest in mind. We are thankful for her professionalism.She was always positive and displayed a great attitude. We recommend Lissette because she will be there step by step through the home buying process.

My husband and I began our search 2 years ago and worked with Lissette back then. We unfortunately had to stop our search after a family member passed and then losing my job. Lissette understood our difficult time and told us she'd be ready whenever we were ready to resume. Less than a year later I became pregnant and it was evident that we needed a bigger house. This my husband demanded a bulldog of a mortgage broker who we had used in the past and he also wanted a bulldog of a realtor. That was a no brainier for me. Lissette and I had worked together and I knew what she was capable of. She knows her market and is strong and doesn't back down from a challenge. So I was able to convince my husband to continue with Lissette.When we reached out to her we advised her that we were going to be selling and buying on a contingency and she gladly accepted the challenge. As we began the process of preparing our house for the sale Lissette had done her homework on our neighborhood and Found very good comps. She explained that there were some comps that were priced really high and just sat on the market because of that and she told us we needed to price our house just right to move fast and be competitive. And that's exactly what we did. We were shocked when our house was under contract in just 7 days with offers coming in on day 5. We immediately had to start looking for our new home and we were also under contract to buy just a few days later. Lissette definitely maximized our profit because she was very knowledgeable and then again on the buying side she got us the best deal that even our very hard to impress mortgage broker and family friend was blown away by her skills. She was also very good at negotiating with the other realtors to maximize our benefits. We would definitely recommend her to anyone we know who's looking to buy or sell. Lissette is very professional and know a lot about the process of buying, selling, home inspections, comps, and the like to put her clients in the best position. She was also very good at keeping us up-to-date on the entire process and following up with all aspects of the process to ensure we meet our very close deadline with a contingency.
