Barbara Florczyk was great to work with and made the whole home buying process much easier than I expected. She was always responsive, answered all my questions, and helped me understand each step along the way. I really appreciated how patient and supportive she was, and I never felt pressured at any point. She truly had my best interests in mind. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Barbara on all of our real estate transactions. From purchasing our first home to selling and currently finding our forever dream home! Barbara did an amazing job representing us. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on our likes and dislikes. Early morning texting, late night phone calls, she did everything she could in order for us to find our dream home. With Barbara, you can expect knowledge, honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity. Barbara was fantastic to work with. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, keeping us in our budget as well as helping us select a location that we are happy to call home. We interviewed 3 agents that I observed on Zillow to help sell my parents home. By far , when we met with Barbara there was a connection and confidence that made it clear she was the agent we wanted. we signed on as the pandemic restrictions were developing and Barbara developed ways to market and show the house, always observing and abiding the guidelines set forth. Her attention to detail on every aspect sets her apart; she was with us to the very last signature at closing. She used all her knowledge and expertise to present us with options and guidance which was much much appreciated. No one I know has ever had an agent that assures their clients that she will be present for each showing. Barbara was always present for us, not pushy, but readily available to answer questions on our behalf to encourage a valid sale. Lines of communication were always open. We felt that we had 100% of her attention. We listed, marketed, showed, sold and closed during a very difficult time in our country's economy. We thank Barbara for this success. ( And, I never met Barbara before our initial interview!)

Our Pani Basia:) first of all, she is an amazing, polite,smart & honest person to work with. Through her experience & knowledge, she knows what she's talking about and will give you an honest opinion, guiding you through the real estate market like a pro. She knows every trick in the book & knows the market exceptionally well. Every time my husband and I viewed a new property Barbara would perform a preliminary inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She raised some important issues to be aware of, that as the first time home buyers we didn't know of. There were few homes I got got excited about too quickly, where she wasn't- for good reasons & and asked me to have patience, that the right house is waiting for us. Now looking back, I'm so happy we didn't make any quick, crazy decisions- as the house we are now living in, is so much better than the previous ones, more than we ever dreamed about and thought we could get. Barbara also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with, where in our case it was almost next to impossible. In the end we found the perfect house & thanks to Pani Basia, we can now call it a home. She's been fantastic, I feel like she wanted the best for us all along. Barbara was recommend to us by a family member, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an experienced real estate agent.
